By accessing, regist ering for, or using any part of the don55 platform — including its website at don55.ws, its casino games, sportsbook, payment services, or any promotional feature — you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions in their entirety.

These Terms & Conditions constitute a legally binding agreement between you (the "User" or "Member") and don55 (the "Platform", "Operator", "we", "us", or "our"). If you do not agree to any part of these terms, you must immediately cease using the don55 platform and close your account if one exists.

Access to don55 is strictly restricted to individuals who meet all of the following eligibility criteria:

• You are accessing the platform from a jurisdiction where online gambling is not explicitly prohibited under applicable local law.
• You are acting on your own behalf and not as an agent, nominee, or representative of any other person or entity.

don55 reserves the right to request proof of age documentation at any time and to suspend or close accounts where eligibility criteria cannot be confirmed. Providing false information regarding your age or identity constitutes a material breach of these Terms & Conditions.

Each individual is permitted to hold one (1) registered account on the don55 platform. Operating multiple accounts — whether in your own name, under aliases, or through shared devices — is strictly prohibited and constitutes grounds for immediate account termination and forfeiture of balances.

When registering a don55 account, you agree to:

• Provide accurate, complete, and current information in all required registration fields.
• Maintain and promptly update your account information to keep it accurate and current at all times.
• Keep your login credentials strictly confidential. You are solely responsible for all activity that occurs under your don55 account.
• Notify don55 immediately if you suspect any unauthorised access to or use of your account.
• Not share, transfer, or sell your account or account credentials to any third party.

don55 accounts are personal and non-transferable. Account balances, bonus credits, loyalty points, and accumulated winnings cannot be transferred between accounts or to third parties outside of the standard withdrawal process to your own verified payment method.

In compliance with international Anti-Money Laundering (AML) standards and Know Your Customer (KYC) regulations applicable to licensed online gaming operators, don55 requires all members to complete identity verification before withdrawals are processed and, in certain cases, before full platform access is granted.

You may be required to submit one or more of the following documents:

General bonus terms applicable to all don55 promotions:

• Bonuses are available to eligible registered members only. Unless explicitly stated otherwise, each promotion is available once per member, household, device, or IP address.
• Wagering requirements must be met within the validity period specified for each bonus. Bonuses that expire before wagering requirements are fulfilled will be cancelled along with any associated winnings.
• don55 reserves the right to withdraw or modify any promotional offer at any time. Changes will not affect bonuses already credited to member accounts, except in cases where fraud, abuse, or technical error is identified.
• Bonus abuse — including but not limited to creating multiple accounts to claim bonuses, collusion, arbitrage betting using bonus funds, or exploiting software errors — will result in the cancellation of all bonuses, related winnings, and may lead to permanent account closure.

All bets placed and games played through don55 are subject to the game-specific rules displayed within each product, in addition to the general gaming rules set out here.

• Sportsbook: All cricket, PSL, and sporting event bets are settled in accordance with the official result declared by the relevant governing body (PCB, ICC, or equivalent). In the event of a dispute regarding settlement, don55's decision is final subject to the formal complaints procedure in Section 14.
• Live betting: Live in-play bets accepted after the outcome of the relevant event or market has been determined — whether due to technical delay, data feed error, or any other cause — are void and will be refunded.
• Casino games: All outcomes in don55's slot library and live casino products are determined by RNG-certified software. don55 does not and cannot alter game outcomes. RNG certifications are maintained as a condition of the operating license.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the don55 platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct will result in immediate account suspension, cancellation of balances and pending withdrawals, and may result in referral to relevant law enforcement authorities:

• Registering or operating more than one account.
• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration, KYC, or any interaction with don55.
• Using the platform for money laundering, terrorist financing, or any other criminal financial activity.
• Exploiting software vulnerabilities, bugs, or errors to gain an unfair advantage. Any winnings derived from such exploitation are void.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any form of artificial intelligence to place bets or interact with casino games in a manner not intended for human players.
• Engaging in collusion with other players in any game or market.
• Engaging in matched betting, arbitrage betting, or any systematic strategy designed to extract guaranteed value from bonuses or promotions in a manner that abuses the intent of the offer.
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing don55 staff or other platform users in any communication channel.
• Charging back deposits through your bank or payment provider without first raising the matter through don55's official complaints procedure. Fraudulent chargebacks will result in permanent account closure and recovery action.

don55 is committed to promoting safe, responsible, and sustainable gaming for all members. The platform provides a suite of responsible gaming tools accessible directly from within your logged-in account:

• Deposit limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly limits on the total amount you can deposit into your don55 account. Limit reductions take effect immediately; increases are subject to a 7-day cooling-off period.
• Loss limits: Restrict the maximum amount you are permitted to lose within a defined time period.
• Session time reminders: Set session duration alerts that notify you when you have been actively playing for a specified period.
• Self-exclusion: Request a temporary or permanent self-exclusion from don55. Temporary exclusions may be set for periods of 1 month, 3 months, 6 months, or 12 months. Permanent self-exclusion closes your account indefinitely with no re-registration permitted. All content on the don55 platform — including but not limited to the don55 name, logo, visual design, website text, game interfaces, software, graphics, and promotional materials — is the exclusive intellectual property of don55 or its licensed content providers and is protected under applicable intellectual property law.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the don55 platform for personal, non-commercial gaming purposes in accordance with these Terms & Conditions. This licence does not include the right to:

• Copy, reproduce, distribute, or republish any don55 content without express written authorisation.
• Reverse-engineer, decompile, or disassemble any don55 software or game logic.
• Create derivative works based on don55 content or branding.
• Use don55's name, logo, or branding in any manner that implies endorsement, partnership, or affiliation without prior written consent.

Any unauthorised use of don55 intellectual property will result in immediate account termination and may give rise to civil or criminal liability.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, don55 and its officers, directors, employees, affiliates, and licensors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from or in connection with your use of the platform, including but not limited to:

• Loss of funds resulting from gambling outcomes — including but not limited to sports betting results, casino game outcomes, or jackpot non-awards.
• Technical failures, platform outages, or connectivity interruptions beyond don55's reasonable control.
• Unauthorised access to your account resulting from your failure to maintain the confidentiality of your login credentials.
• Any reliance on information, odds, or statistics displayed on the platform that subsequently proves inaccurate.
• Delays in payment processing attributable to third-party payment providers, banks, or regulatory requirements.

don55's total liability to you for any claim arising under these Terms & Conditions shall not exceed the total net deposits made by you to your don55 account in the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

Voluntary closure: You may close your don55 account at any time by submitting a written request to [email protected]. Pending withdrawal requests will be processed in accordance with standard timelines. Active bonuses will be cancelled upon account closure request.

Termination by don55: don55 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any account, with or without prior notice, in the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms & Conditions.
• Failure to complete KYC verification within a reasonable period after a request has been made.
• Evidence or reasonable suspicion of fraudulent activity, money laundering, or prohibited conduct as defined in Section 9.
• Regulatory requirements mandating account suspension or closure.
• Accounts that have been inactive for a continuous period of 12 months may be classified as dormant. Dormant account policies, including any applicable inactivity fee schedule, are published in the cashier section of your account.

Where an account is closed by don55 due to a terms breach or prohibited conduct, any remaining balance may be withheld pending investigation. Where closure is for any other reason, your verified account balance will be returned to your registered payment method following standard processing procedures.

don55 is committed to resolving member complaints fairly and efficiently. If you have a complaint regarding any aspect of your don55 account or experience, please follow the process below:

1. First contact: Submit your complaint in writing to [email protected] with full details of the issue, relevant dates, transaction references (where applicable), and your desired resolution. don55 aims to acknowledge all complaints within 24 hours and provide a substantive response within 5 business days.
2. Escalation: If you are not satisfied with the initial response, you may request escalation to don55's Compliance and Player Protection team by stating clearly in your follow-up correspondence that you wish to escalate the matter. Escalated complaints are reviewed by a senior team member not involved in the initial response.
3. Final determination: don55's written final determination on any complaint constitutes the platform's position. Where the complaint relates to a game outcome, the certified RNG log and game history record will be used as the definitive record of events.

don55 does not accept liability for any complaint submitted more than 30 days after the event giving rise to the complaint, unless the delay was caused by circumstances outside the member's reasonable control.

don55 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. The most current version will always be published at don55.ws/terms-conditions with an updated "Last Updated" date at the top of the document.

For material changes — those that materially affect your rights or obligations as a member — don55 will provide at least 14 days' advance notice via the email address registered to your account before the change takes effect. Non-material changes (such as clarifications of existing provisions, corrections of typographical errors, or updates to reflect regulatory language requirements) may be implemented without advance notice.

Your continued use of the don55 platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms & Conditions. If you do not accept a material amendment, you must notify don55 within the notice period and your account will be closed with your verified balance returned to your registered payment method.

These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws applicable under don55's international operating licence jurisdiction. By agreeing to these terms, you acknowledge that this agreement is entered into under the regulatory framework of don55's licensing authority, which takes precedence in matters of regulatory compliance and dispute resolution.

Nothing in this section limits don55's compliance obligations under any applicable local law, including but not limited to applicable AML and KYC legislation. don55 operates in good faith and in compliance with all reporting, data protection, and player protection obligations imposed by its operating licence.

If any provision of these Terms & Conditions is found to be unenforceable or invalid under applicable law, that provision shall be modified to the minimum extent necessary to make it enforceable, and the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.
